WHAT IS THE TIME FRAME FROM THE MOMENT AN ORDER IS PLACED TO THE DATE OF INSTALLATION?

The time frame differs from product to product, blinds are generally 2 to 3 weeks, shutters are generally 2 to 4 weeks and curtains are 2 to 4 weeks. In the months of January, November and December all products usually take 4 weeks.

I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH ONE OF MY PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED PRODUCTS, DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR ANY REPLACEMENTS OR REPAIRS?

All of our products come with a warranty, the length depending on which product it is. Should you still fall within your warranty you will not carry any costs whatsoever. Should your product fall outside of its warranty we will assist you with the quickest and most cost effective solution possible.

I HAVE RECEIVED A QUOTE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY, WOULD YOU BE WILLING TO MATCH OR BETTER THE QUOTE?

Yes, definitely. Provided that it is a product that meets our standards of quality.

DO I HAVE TO PAY IN FULL UPON ORDERING?

No, 70% deposit is due before any order will be placed and the remaining 30% is due upon installation.
